Premium bought but not usable

Good day,

I got Premium on 17.03.2019, the money was withdrawn, but I can not use the premium features. What do I have to do to make it work? If it does not work, will I get my money back?

Hello,

We have just checked your order and you are right, the payment seems to be successful but the subscription appears as canceled in our system.

Did you manually cancel it right after the payment?

Did you receive Themes Generator emails related to your order?

Do not worry, we will find a solution or refund you.

Hi again,

We found that your account had a canceled subscription attempt on 08/03/2019, that was maybe the problem of it failing today.

We have regenerated your sub, everything should we working fine now.
